What is a Sensefuel request?

This is an Instant Search request, which means that it relates to every character typed in the search domain. On average we trigger 10 times more requests than the classic search engine.

What am I signing up for when I try your solution on my site?

Nothing. You have absolutely no commitment to buy. No fee will be charged to you. No guarantee is required from you (bank card, etc)

Am I notified when it comes to the end of my free trial?

We send you an email one week before the end of your trial period in order to write up a review of your performance indicators and to find out whether you intend to use our service.

Will I be able to track my usage?

Within the solution we offer you a control dashboard showing your request consumption. What’s more, we will inform you by email if your consumption trends are not in line with your plan.

What happens if I go over the limit of my plan?

If you exceed the number of requests, you will receive an additional charge for the cost of requests outside your quota. You will of course have the opportunity to upgrade your plan in order to benefit from the best possible pricing.

How am I billed?

Our service is billed annually in advance. At the end of the free 30-day period, if you wish to continue using our service, you will receive an invoice for the following 12 months.

What is my minimum contractual agreement?

Our service is available as part of a minimum 12 month agreement. It is renewed each year. You are able to opt out of the renewal by sending us a letter at least three months in advance of the contract’s end date.

Are there limits to the size of the catalogue?

No, we manage all sizes of catalogues without any effect on the price of our service.
